The project highlighted Conesco’s ability to manage complex warehouse pallet racking systems with precision and efficiency.
About the Client
The client operates in a high-demand industry and manages large-scale warehouse facilities to support their operations. This project required a trusted partner to decommission a facility housing extensive warehouse pallet racking and material handling equipment. Due to operational sensitivities, the client requested full confidentiality.
The Challenge
This decommissioning project presented several challenges:

Phase 2
Dismantled 1,760 pallet positions, 1,200 feet of powered conveyor, 1,600 feet of gravity conveyor, and 6,336 flow lane positions.
Removed and prepared two 18,800 sq. ft. pick modules.
Phase 3
Decommissioned 3,340 pallet positions, 200 feet of gravity conveyor, and 1,140 flow lane positions.
